Tiering is an act of stacking, here, of spaces for an artist to create, collaborate, reflect, and recline.

From the ground, moving up, the spaces transition from collaborative creation to private living. The staircase and the central courtyard achieve an uninterrupted flow, where spaces are aware of each other, yet separated enough to function independently.

This sectional perspective is not merely a means of representation but the vision of the space itself, where levels are used to connect rather than separate.
