Apart from the manifestation of a drawing to the actualisation of space, for me architectural drawings give joy to not just draw or interpret, but interpret the un-interpreted. The above drawing ‘The Gift Box Section‘ is an example – the desire to do something unreal can be accomplished through a drawing and to bring in a different thought process. The ‘box’ meaning space, is considered as a gift and the memories of a curious child opening the box and discovering what is inside are the programmes exploding from the built space. A sectional diagram where it is explained through a deliberate explosion and necessary romance to portray the unrealistic things to make a person dwell into my thinking through this drawing.

My interest lies in showing a space to the audience such that there is a communication and a conflict.
