These drawings reveal a house shaped in quiet dialogue with the river and its monsoon landscape. Positioned along a fragile yet powerful edge, the architecture responds to rain, rising water, and occasional flooding through elevation, shelter, and measured restraint. Rather than resisting these forces, the house accepts them as part of its living context. Through openness, reflection, and careful alignment with the river’s edge, the boundary between built form and nature begins to dissolve, creating a continuous relationship between water, light, atmosphere, and landscape. The architecture adapts to the rhythms of the monsoon while remaining deeply anchored to place.
