Horizon School: Playgroup Studio

Architectural ideas are often open-ended strategies which can manifest in a number of ways, depending upon external circumstantial factors. The design for the Horizon School was devised as a flexible system consisting of three basic elements – classrooms, courtyards, circulation along with a set of ‘mechanics’ which governed the inter-relationships between these elements. The diagram is an attempt at visualizing the simultaneity of configurations within this system.
