
Conceived as an urban public place that will predominantly function as a vegetable and flower market, it later during the day converts itself to informal market and eateries. This was a National Competition won in 2015 and went into construction only in mid-2018, and is now at its finishing stage. After four years, the project is yet to see its day considering it has witnessed, good and bad administration, issues with land acquisition, the quest to save a 100 year old tree and getting the best out of an L1 Contractor.
