This shelving system was designed for a fabric shop in Champhai, Mizoram close to the Indo Myanmar border.

The whole system prototype is designed to use less material and the particular detail was developed to minimise the shelves impact on the wall. No detail construction was drawing prepared for this prototype, hence the sketch serves as the mode of communication between the designer and the fabricator.
