On the dense fabric of the industrial plotting system in Waghodia district, Vadodara where the site sets with the narrow road entrance, a known chemical company sets a requirement for a programme for the Ground plus One building on a rectangular site, an administrative section, and a laboratory with a storage facility. The programme is spread diagonally with the parallel wall concept on the rectangular site because of climatic concerns and voids are extracted in the mass where the requirement takes place.
