This drawing is a cross-section of a retrofit project by Architecture RIFF named “The Country Blue”. 
The country blue is a retrofit extension to a 30-year-old building in Maruthur South, a remote village in the district of Nagapattinam. The extension adds a new kitchen while converting the existing kitchen to dining on the ground floor and adding an ensuite bedroom on the first floor. This drawing represents this addition and the surrounding context. The black-filled area is the existing house, and the white area represents the new additions.

The tools used include AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator.
