Studio Lagom was founded in 2011 and nurtured for more than a decade has bloomed and flourished, and at the center of it is our beautiful studio space — a soothing, inspiring oasis where ideas are conceived, concepts are shaped and thoughts are released. This creative incubator is a microcosm of our ethos. Workspace at Studio Lagom is more than just an office, it’s a living, breathing environment that responds to its surroundings.  It celebrates nature. It welcomes light. It acknowledges the beauty of indigenous tradition. This lush, peaceful oasis amidst old Surat’s dense urban fabric offers spots for contemplation, where thoughts are fine-tuned to the chatter of birds and caresses of the breeze. By layering the façade with cascading greenery, the building naturally regulates heat, brings in freshness, and creates a serene atmosphere within. Being a single-family-owned structure, we had the freedom to extend this green philosophy across every balcony, transforming the building into an urban oasis. It’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about sustainability and well-being—an approach that defines our work at Studio Lagom, where less isn’t just more, it’s essential.
