Basera, a serene residential project set amidst 3.75 acres of land in Yerla, Nagpur, comprises two structures: the main villa and an outhouse. The featured drawings pertain to the outhouse, measuring 1500 sqft designed with an open floor plan to seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces through verandahs, creating a harmonious connection with the surrounding landscape. The building has a sloping Mangalore-tiled roof supported by a steel frame, Porotherm brickwork, Mud-plastered interiors, and Natural stone flooring. The Shahabad stone is meticulously laid out in an intricate pattern for the outhouse living room and verandah flooring, giving these areas a warm and earthy character. The excess stone was repurposed for the outdoor sunken sit-out, where it was used to create a captivating mosaic floor.
