The core concept behind AGS Burrow lies in adaptive reuse and contextual integration. The design seeks to reinterpret an old warehouse into a sustainable, contemporary experience centre that remains deeply rooted to its urban fabric of Lakda Bazaar. Instead of erasing its industrial past, the architects chose to celebrate it, preserving its raw materiality, improvising with reclaimed elements, and creating porous layers that let light, air, and the surrounding chaos seep in.
